About the Role:
The firm has a focus on advising on all aspects of human resources and employment law and work with clients in media & entertainment, professional services, financial services, insurance and aged care.
You will provide legal advice on a range of employment law matters including; employment contracts, workplace agreements, employee performance and termination, workplace health and safety, corporate restructures and redundancies.
Working closely with one of the Directors, you will manage your own files with autonomy and you will have the independence to flourish. Should you have a significant following there is an opportunity for you to join the firm at Director level.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years PAE in a similar role, gained within a reputable law firm with strong interpersonal skills and a good work ethic. It is critical for this position that the person has good analytical skills, be technically strong and enjoy mentoring and providing professional guidance to junior staff.
