About G2 Legal

 

Originally founded in 1999 in the UK, G2 Legal is an independent and well regarded Legal Recruitment Consultancy.  Since 2015, we extended our reach internationally and opened an office in Sydney to service the Australian and Asian markets. Complementary divisions have also been developed in the Patent & Trade Mark Attorney and Company Secretarial sectors. 

We are a people orientated company.  With a firm belief that great businesses are fuelled by great people, our aim is to match the right people to the right business.  If you are a client engaging with us to find you a new employee, we will work with you to find a candidate that adds value to your business.  If you are a candidate entrusting us to find you that next perfect role, we will ensure your career aspirations are fulfilled. 

G2 Legal understands the importance of investing in our own people.  We have an in-house Learning and Development Manager who has devised an on-going programme for each Consultant, that ensures our candidates and clients receive the highest levels of professional service, and that our Consultants progress and develop in their professions.

Our values

An inclusive environment

G2 Legal is s strong advocator of equality and diversity in the workplace.  We believe in creating inclusive working environments that welcome and encourage diversity and result in a balanced working culture.  Therefore, we have created a board of G2 Legal employees who are dedicated to our equality and diversity initiative.  Made up of staff from across the business, we have two primary goals: firstly, to ensure that we are applying equal opportunities best practice within our business and for roles that we promote on behalf of our clients, and secondly, we aim to continually educate ourselves, thereby allowing us to advise our clients on how they may create inclusive environments and encourage diversity in their workplaces.  We are happy to provide more details about G2 Legal’s Diversity and Inclusion initiative on request.

 

Our green policy

G2 Legal recognises that it has a responsibility to the environment beyond legal and regulatory requirements.

We are committed to reducing our environmental impact and continually improving our environmental performance. For example, where possible, within our offices, lighting is motion sensor based helping to reduce energy use; we recycle everything we are able to, and we have a bike store and shower, encouraging employees to cycle to work.  We endeavour to incorporate environmental factors into business decisions and are always looking for new means of reducing our carbon footprint.
